Follow the steps below to program a speed dial button on a Yealink T5 Series phone.

Step 1: Press the Menu softkey

Step 2: Select the Features option

Step 3: Select DSS Key

Step 4: Select the line key you would like to use for your Speed Dial

Note: You cannot use a line key that is reserved for your extension

Step 5: In the Type field select Speed Dial

Step 6: In the Account ID field select which number key you would like to use for your Speed Dial

Step 7: In the Label field enter the name you'd like to appear on your Speed Dial button

Step 8: In the Value field enter the extension or external phone number you'd like to assign to your Speed Dial key

Step 9: Press the Save softkey
