Will your service work with my internet connection?

As long as your internet connection meets our minimum quality and capacity requirements it will work. However, Quality of Service (QoS) can not be guaranteed with this service deployment method. 


We complete a thorough Link Quality assessment prior to activating service to determine whether or not your internet connection will support Key 2 IP Hosted PBX or Key 2 IP Digital (SIP) Trunking services.


End-to-End QoS is only available when ordering Key 2 IP Priority Access broadband services.  Please call for details.
