Integration of Yealink headsets with Elevate allows you to use them with Elevate Desktop and Web Applications by picking up and ending calls by pressing the appropriate button on the headset or the headset base.

How to Set Up Elevate Desktop Application To Work With Yealink Headsets
- Connect your Yealink headset using the USB
- Open Elevate Desktop Application and click your profile picture in the lower-left corner;
- Click Call settings and check if your Elevate Desktop Application is set to run in Computer mode. If it's not, switch it into the Computer mode and click Save Changes.
- Click Audio Settings in the left menu and select Yealink devices for a Speaker and a Microphone.
- Desktop application: The status of the Yealink headset integration should say Enabled;
Note: if the status of the Yealink says Disabled, check if you have the headset base connected using USB. Bluetooth connection is not supported. - Web application: Click on the Enable button and then confirm the connection in the pop-up window by clicking Connect.
